First, a nice letter from Ken Tank: 

Dear Members, 

It was my great pleasure to judge your match show of August 6, 2000.  As usual, the GSDC of the Pacific Northwest put on a well-run, first class show at an excellent location.  What we lacked in quantity we more than made up for in quality.  There honestly was not a bad dog entered in the whole show. 

Several of the adult dogs I am certain we will be watching in the Specials class competing for Best of Breed in the near future.  While it’s harder to predict what puppies will do, I couldn’t not have been happier with my Best and Best Opposite Puppies, and their competition.  As a handler who shows all over the country, I can tell you the Northwest is among the top competitive areas, if not the top. 

I would love to hear how this excellent group of dogs does in the future.
